Aasara had its origin in our minds during the COVID times in recognition of the selfless services rendered by the nursing professionals. It was an idea to provide niche consulting services by identifying the requirements and basically sourcing the nursing candidates from rural nursing schools and helping them secure a good career. We also have a strong database of experienced nursing professionals looking for better career opportunities. Through our solid experience in the placement industry, we intend to give the best possible career path for healthcare professionals. We strive not only to do consulting services but also to give back to the society that has given us so much. As its said, “ At the end of the day it's not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished.. its more about what difference you made in others' life.. it's about what you’ve given back”.

Veena Shivanna is a Software Engineer with over 20 years of diverse experience in Software and HR, Recruitment. A dynamic lady who started her own placement company in Chicago, USA providing job opportunities for many IT professionals from different countries. She is a successful businesswoman and an entrepreneur.
Swathi Gowda has done a Master's in Sociology, worked for a few years in Social Services, and continued her career in Administration and Management in Canada. Later after moving to India worked with Apollo Hospitals in Administration and Management.
Shanthala Mohankumar has a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws, began her career in Corporate Law. Later moving on to Singapore, USA and Gulf Countries worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and HR Manager. She has over 2 decades of experience in placement industry is an hardworking professional.
